The Girl With More Than One Heart

I knew this book would be a tearjerker and honestly I wasn’t in a great place to be reading this right now. But here goes-

There is so much going on with this story. Briana’s dad dies and she is left to manage all the things that her depressed Mom and Grandfather can’t handle, including a lot of the care that her younger brother requires. Grieving is such a tricky thing and every family has their own “stuff” to work out. For Briana it takes quite a bit of time and moving to a new apt before she manages to let her Dad go and start living again.

This was a difficult read in many ways, but worth it.
