Jorie has been sent to live with her aunt. When her adventure begins, she learns she is the chosen one to bring back three magic stones and bring peace to the magical land of Cabrynthius. She sets out on this journey with Rufus, the young boy who lives next door with his grandfather. I love stories that involve dragons and a magical with a touch of danger trip to another land. The children encounter everything from dragons, a poisonous butterfly, and unusual creatures as they search for the stones that must come together by Jorie. It kind of reminded me of the Never Ending Story. I think this makes a great bedtime story.
Jorie and the Magic Stones is available on Amazon; I got a copy from the author to review here.
